Our computer vision engine extracts 3D geometric features, stud matrices, anti-stud tube contours, and RGB color channels from photographs. Candidate matches are cross-referenced against public open catalog databases, including Rebrickable, LDraw CAD meshes, official LEGO Design IDs, and BrickLink color palettes.
While our computer vision algorithms achieve high precision, identification results represent candidate rankings. Variations in lighting, dust, and 50+ years of subtle mold updates mean users should always verify physical Design IDs stamped inside bricks before purchasing replacements.
